Order Status & Shipping
· Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
· We are a small made to order company crafting each individual item. We'll start working on your order right away and aim to send out orders in the order they were received. Usually, orders are shipped within 5-10 business days after we get them. During launch or big sales, it might take a bit longer, around 10-15 business days, from when we receive your order to ship it out.
· Once your order shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you via email.
· We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have trouble tracking your package please contact the shipping company directly.
· At this time, we ship only to contiguous United States, AL, and HI.
Pre-orders
Please read the description carefully if the item is a pre-order to find out when it's expected to ship.
Return to Sender Package:
- If we have received a package back as a Return to Sender this means there is an error with the shipping address provided.
- Our customer care will contact you to verify your shipping address.
- The customer will need to pay a flat rate shipping fee of $20.
- If a customer decides they no longer want the package; we will refund the order, the original shipping cost and 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package hasn't been updated in 15 days, you need to contact the delivery company to start an investigation by filing a claim. Unfortunately, we can't send you another item or give you a refund because our inventory is limited. We are also not responsible for Damage during shipping.
Once a package is delivered, we cannot be held accountable for any theft that occurs. We will check with the delivery service to make sure your order was sent to the right place. However, if your package is stolen, it's up to you to report it to the local authorities. We cannot offer a replacement or refund for items that are stolen.
