Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lil’ Miss Creations! We sincerely hope you and your loved ones enjoy our product!  We would like to assist you if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase.  We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date of the package.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To initiate a return, the original purchaser must notify us.
  • Lil’ Miss Creations must receive the return item(s) within 14 days of delivery date. You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs for returning your item.  There is a 25% restocking fee; shipping fees are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund; the cost of original shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • The returned item needs to be new, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you first received it.
  • Return items need to be in its original packaging with original tags attached and labels present.
  • Please include your Full Name, email, daytime phone number, and Order Number inside the package to help us process your return as quickly and as efficiently as possible. *Please be advised, that returns can back up quickly and we are a small business with limited resources*

Exempt Goods for Returns

  • Gift cards
  • Items on Sale or Clearance items
  • Items purchased for holidays

 *Non-eligible items that are returned will be donated to a local hospital or charity.*

 

Refund Method

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a refund notification. Your refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. 

Return to Sender Package:

  • If we have received a package back as a Return to Sender this means there is an error with the shipping address provided.
  • Our customer care will contact you to verify your shipping address.
  • The customer will need to pay a flat rate shipping fee of $30.
  • If a customer decides they no longer want the package; we will refund the order. **The original shipping cost and 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package hasn't been updated in 15 days, you need to contact the delivery company to start an investigation by filing a claim. Unfortunately, we can't send you another item or give you a refund because our inventory is limited.

Once a package is delivered, we cannot be held accountable for any theft that occurs. We will check with the delivery service to make sure your order was sent to the right place. However, if your package is stolen, it's up to you to report it to the local authorities. We cannot offer a replacement or refund for items that are stolen.
